Position: Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: Downtown Toronto / Hybrid (2-3 days on site per week)
Job Type: Contract, full-time
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee and manage the implementation of multi-site Telephony and VOIP projects. This is a contract position with a minimal duration of 1 year and possibility for an extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Telephony and VOIP deployment projects in retail and warehouse environments
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure successful execution of infrastructure, network, and telephony/VOIP deployment projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, taking appropriate mitigation actions
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to the Project Management Office (PMO)
Key Requirements:
- Prior IT experience with a focus on infrastructure, network, and telephony/VOIP projects
- Proven experience in managing projects of similar nature and scope
- Strong understanding of Telephony and VOIP deployment processes and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage project schedules and resources
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is preferred
