Overview:
Our client in Winnipeg, MB is looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager resource for a 6-month contract to start, reference 129-0523. The position can be remote.

What You Will Be Doing:

Provide support to members of the Technology Services management team, including documentation, project controls, KPIs, forecasting

Maintenance of small to medium sized work plans and schedules

Liaise with technology staff, vendors and business end-users to gather information required to manage and coordinate operational documentation and presentations for ITS Senior Leadership

Assist with communicating relevant and up to date departmental information to various stakeholders and team members

Assist with documentation reviews/proofreading

Create presentations and workflow diagrams

What you must have:

PMP certification

Prince2 certification considered an asset

7-10 years experience working in an operational technology / infrastructure environment

5 years experience managing work-packages and small to medium size initiatives

3-5 years experience leading operational technology teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with Power Point & Visio

Must have licensed Visio software on own computer device

All applicants must clear a background check. A Canadian based federal security clearance is considered an asset

Must have Windows based computer with standard Windows 10 applications

Must possess own communications device
