Permanent position 40h/week - face-to-faceReporting to the Projects Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks :- Manage CAPEX investment projects for the company\'s 4 sites in Quebec
- Be responsible for the development and execution of key real estate strategies
- Manage the various projects according to deadlines, costs and ROI objectives
- Define technical specifications and bids according to established standards
- Coordinate work with subcontractors and operations in compliance with HACCP and SST standards
- Supervise your team of industrial designers
- Update various site and plant plans, infrastructure inspections and documentationYour professional skills
- Priority management and rigor
- Analytical skills and teamwork

-Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical or civil engineering, or any other relevant field
-Bilingual French - English

Industrial experience, agri-food an asset
-PMP certificate an asset
-Knowledge of building codes, mechanics and industrial maintenance
-Knowledge of OHS standards- Salary: $90k - $135k depending on experience + bonus
