RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a specialist analyst, collaborate in identifying needs for technological infrastructure products (hardware and software components) and propose choices (configuration, settings, detailed assembly instructions, etc.)
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to define the technological infrastructure needs of a new solution or infrastructure service
• Carry out operations (initial installation, validation of settings, identification of additional modules, backtracking procedure, etc.) as part of test benches and technological deliveries
• Collaborate with the IT Service Center to resolve incidents and problems that may arise during deliveries
• Take charge of the detailed planning of the stages and the implementation of the operations (installation, configuration, management, upgrade, update, withdrawal, backtracking, etc.) within the framework of the technological deliveries in which he participates
• Document the details of the interventions carried out in the systems, tools, guides and support repositories concerned.
• Estimates for the configuration and installation of hardware and software components
• Technological test benches in accordance with the architectures and test specifications
• Documentation of incidents, problems, service requests and changes in operational systems
• Customization and automation scripts allowing automatic and semi-automatic software distribution
• Deployment guide (detailed steps for installing, updating or removing components, including rollback steps, if applicable)
• Status reports/work report (description at a technical level of detail of the IT operations carried out, the hardware and software components impacted as well as the results)

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4 years of relevant experience in the field of technological infrastructure
• Have been involved in at least one (1) technological infrastructure project of a scale comparable to the context of the SAAQ, carried out over the past five (5) years
• Have achieved deliverables such as those listed in at least 2 mandates carried out during the last 5 years in the field of technological infrastructures

RESPONSABILITa?S

• En tant qu'analyste specialiste, collaborer a l'identification des besoins en produits d'infrastructure technologique (composantes materielles et logicielles) et proposer des choix (configuration, parametrage, instructions d'assemblage detaillees, etc.);
• Collaborer au sein d'une equipe multidisciplinaire a la definition des besoins en infrastructure technologique d'une nouvelle solution ou d'un service d'infrastructure;
• Realiser les operations (installation initiale, validation du parametrage, identification des modules complementaires, procedure de retour arriare, etc.) dans le cadre des bancs d'essais et de livraisons technologiques;
• Collaborer avec le Centre de Services TI a la resolution d'incidents et de problames pouvant survenir au cours des livraisons;
• Prendre en charge la planification detaillee des etapes et la mise en oeuvre des operations (installation, parametrage, pilotage, mise a niveau, mise a jour, retrait, retour arriare, etc.) dans le cadre des livraisons technologiques auxquelles il participe;
• Documenter le detail des interventions effectuees dans les systames, outils, guides et referentiels de soutien concernes.
• Sans atre exhaustive, voici la liste principale des biens livrables pouvant atre realises pour ce volet :
• Devis de configuration et d'installation de composantes materielles et logicielles;
• Bancs d'essais technologiques conformes aux architectures et devis d'essais;
• Documentation d'incidents, de problames, de demandes de service et de changements dans les systames operationnels;
• Scripts de personnalisation et automatisation permettant la teledistribution automatique et semi-automatique de logiciels;
• Guide de deploiement (etapes detaillees d'une operation d'installation, de mise a jour ou de retrait de composantes incluant les etapes de retour arriare, le cas echeant

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Detenir quatre (4) annees d'experience pertinente dans le domaine de l'infrastructure technologique;
• aStre intervenu dans au moins un (1) projet en infrastructure technologique d'une envergure comparable au contexte de la Societe, realise au cours des cinq (5) derniares annees (referer a la clause 3.2 Ra^GLES APPLICABLES POUR Ra?PONDRE AUX CRITa^RES DE Sa?LECTION (TOUS LES VOLETS) pour demontrer les elements d'envergure comparables);
• Avoir realise des biens livrables tels que ceux enumeres dans la presente clause et ce, dans au moins deux (2) mandats realises au cours des cinq (5) derniares annees dans le domaine des infrastructures technologiques
