Role:

Our Client is currently seeking one experienced #301109 IT Infrastructure Support Analyst (Contract) in Moose Jaw, SK for a 6 months contract starting in November 2022. Strong possibility of extensions. The ideal candidate will have 6 years' experience as an Infrastructure Support Analyst or equivalent. Experience supporting/troubleshooting: Windows 7/10, Office 365, hardware/ software, printers, and basic network issues. Previous experience working with 3rd party vendors would be an asset. Strong communication (written/verbal) and excellent attitude is a requirement for this role. All Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Recommended Skills:

  • 6 years of Infrastructure support experience in a corporate IT environment.
  • Experience providing End User support to Windows 7/10 and O365
  • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, tablets, monitors, printers, point of sale (POS) and other peripherals
  • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software (i.e., MS Office, custom applications).
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors would be an asset.
  • Experience supporting/troubleshooting basic Network issues
  • Experience working in Active Directory (account creation/modification, password reset) would be an asset.
  • Experience performing IMAC (installs, moves, add, changes) services on hardware i.e., servers, routers, switches, etc.
  • Experience supporting/troubleshooting smart phones, i.e., iPhone and Androids
  • Ability to work independently and/or take direction from head office IT team
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada
Education:
  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology would be an asset
  • Active Technical Certifications would be an asset (CompTIA A+, MCITP/MCSE, ITIL, etc)
