Role:
Our Client is currently seeking an experienced #400920 Desktop Support Analyst (Contract) in Brampton, ON for a 3-months contract starting in Oct 2022 with a strong possibility of extensions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role in a corporate IT environment. Experience supporting/troubleshooting Office 365, Win 10, Active Directory (user accounts, passwords), mobile devices (IOS, Android), and basic network (Cisco) issues would be an asset. Additionally, you will have strong End User support experience and have used a ticketing system (ServiceNow, Remedy, TOPdesk) to document/manage assigned tickets. All Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
