(Internal Title: Business System Configuration Development III)
+ Support the configuration, implementation, integration, and administration of Project Management Information System tools including Kahua and Primavera Unifier. Familiarity with other PMIS platforms is a strong asset (Oracle Primavera Cloud, Primavera P6, EcoSys, Contruent)
+ Assist in maintaining reports and custom prints or forms utilizing tools such as Power BI, Dev Express, Power BI Report Builder, Oracle BI Publisher, Excel, and Word. SQL querying knowledge is required.
+ Integrate, develop, and configure the Project Management Information System tools including Primavera Unifier, P6, EcoSys, and Oracle EBS under the supervision of the Business Systems Configuration or Development IV or higher
+ Plan for and execute appropriate means and methods in Business Systems Configuration or Development to complete the assigned tasks and duties on medium-sized projects or elements on larger projects or programs from inception through to completion
+ Provide timely and daily robust end-user support including logging bugs and errors, and follow up until they are resolved
+ Provide timely and robust end-user support including access provisioning, configuration, logging, tracking, and resolving bugs and errors
+ Participate in the full life cycle of the project from requirements-gathering to transition using Agile Methodology.
+ Perform requirement elicitation to document the business requirements and work with the development team to identify alternative technology and solutions
+ Conduct business analysis tasks (workshops, meetings, surveys, ...) at varying levels of detail, appropriate to the phases of the project
+ Create, populate, maintain, and close out documentation related to Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Non-Functional Requirements, Feature Backlog, Integration Documentation, Form and Field Mapping, Workflows and Business Process Diagrams, and any other piece of documentation necessary for the project success.
+ Collaborate with the data architecture and technical development team to ensure that the creation of an efficient technical solution meets all functional business needs
+ Provide technical support and maintenance for the application
+ Perform and support product testing life cycle to ensure the quality is maintained and that acceptance criteria of the provided solution are met (unit testing, internal testing, supporting User Acceptance Testing, testing issue resolution and closure)
+ Develop an understanding of company goals and initiatives and help the team deliver on them
+ Support data integrity across the data presentation layer
+ Participate in clearly defined assignments and projects as assigned by the project management lead
