(Internal Title: Project Management V)
+ Responsible for the assigned projects from inception through to completion
+ Develop new project plans in consultation with stakeholders, including clients
+ Direct the human and material resources required to complete assigned projects successfully
+ Formulate a resource allocation strategy and utilize this to distribute work and budgets
+ Exercise authority in managing the work and controlling the delivery of the projects per project plans
+ Monitor project staff performance to ensure excellence and adherence to specified deadlines
+ Review and ensure observance of the overall scope, schedule, and budget
+ Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans
+ Lead the tracking, monitoring, and reporting on performance against project requirements, schedule, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs, and addressing of issues with corrective actions as appropriate
+ Evaluate the project's effectiveness by consulting with clients and project staff
+ Oversee staff on progress reports, proposals, and presentations to various audiences, including the project team, client executives, key stakeholders, and operations
+ Direct the negotiation of scope changes
+ Manage ongoing quality control checks and participate in quality issue resolution
+ Define the success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project and program life cycle
+ Set and interpret project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders

Experience:
+ Minimum of 18 years of experience in Project Management
Education:
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Licenses OR Certifications:
+ Holding a recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
