(Internal Title: Project Management II) + Own CI initiatives end-to-end--from framing the problem and drafting program charters through design, change management, and go-live.
+ Coordinate cross-functional work, analyze operational data, map/develop future-state processes, and influence stakeholders to prioritize the highest-value initiatives for the business.

Program ownership (inception go-live):

Build and maintain program plans, action item logs, RAID logs, and governance cadence (stand-ups/steerco). Remove blockers and drive delivery to milestones.

Charter creation:

Draft clear charters (problem statement, scope, business case/ROI, success metrics, timelines, stakeholders, risks, comms).

Data analysis:

Gather, clean, and analyze operational data; baseline performance; identify drivers (Pareto/trend); quantify benefits; track KPIs post-implementation.
+

Process design:

Facilitate workshops; develop current vs. future-state process flows (swimlanes, RACI); document SOPs and controls; validate with SMEs.

Change management:

Create change management plans (sponsor roadmap, stakeholder analysis, communications, training, reinforcement); coordinate go-live readiness.

Stakeholder influence:

Align leaders and SMEs around priorities; frame tradeoffs; build coalition; secure decisions and resourcing; manage resistance.

Risk/compliance:

Anticipate delivery/operational risks; define mitigations

Reporting:

Provide crisp program updates (dashboards, status narratives, risk heatmaps) tailored to execs and front-line teams.
Working Conditions + Remote - This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.



Minimum 5 years in project coordination, program management, or CI roles. Including, but not limited to: + 2+ years leading initiatives from inception through go-live (planning, execution, sustainment).
+ 2+ years hands-on data analysis (Excel/Sheets; basic BI tools) applied to operational improvement.
CI toolkit: Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma (DMAIC), PDCA, process mapping, root cause analysis, and benefit realization. Influence & communication: Demonstrated ability to persuade and align cross-functional stakeholders; strong facilitation & executive-ready communication. Tools: Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Project/Smartsheet, Visio/Lucid chart, and Excel/Power BI (basic visualization). Bachelor's degree in a relevant field LSS Green Belt (GB) certification (Black Belt is a plus). PMP or Agile/Scrum certification Experience in capital projects, construction, manufacturing, supply chain, or shared services operations. Basic SQL for data pulls; experience with Jira/Confluence for workflow.
