As the
Technology Manager
, you will provide operational leadership for WCU's IT Department consisting of Analysts and End-User support personnel, ensuring day-to-day excellence in technology services and infrastructure. You will manage IT staff, oversee core systems, and execute technology strategies under the guidance of the VP of Technology. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across departments while maintaining a member-first approach.
The
starting salary
range for this position is $84,667 to $105,833 and is commensurate on experience.

Your SPARK (Qualifications):
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 5-7 years of technology-related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or cybersecurity credentials (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are considered assets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage complex IT environments and adapt to evolving technology needs.
Knowledge of the credit union system or financial services industry is an asset
