Technical Lead

: Informatica Tech Lead Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design and development of ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, and other Informatica tools. Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure data quality, integ-rity, and performance across all integration processes. Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability. Manage deployment, scheduling, and monitoring of ETL jobs. Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner. Maintain documentation for data flows, mappings, and transformations. Stay updated with Informatica product enhancements and industry trends.

Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.10 years of experience in ETL development, with 3 years in a tech-nical lead role. Strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, and related tools. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. Informatica certifications preferred.
