We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of social media platforms. As an Influencer, you will be responsible for promoting our brand, engaging with our audience, and driving traffic to our products through innovative content creation and strategic marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute engaging content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that align with our brand's goals.
Utilize analytics tools to track engagement and performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
Manage relationships with followers and engage in conversations to build community trust.
Create visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to effectively market our products.
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand and client goals. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set clear objectives for each campaign.
Influencer Identification & Vetting:
Research, identify, and vet a diverse range of influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across various social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). Ensure their audience demographics, engagement metrics, and values align with our brand's identity.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, authentic relationships with influencers and their management. Serve as the primary point of contact, managing communication, contracts, and campaign logistics.
Campaign Execution:
Negotiate fair compensation and terms, draft contracts, and oversee the entire campaign lifecycle from brief to final reporting. Ensure all content created is high-quality, authentic, and adheres to brand guidelines and legal/disclosure requirements in Canada.
Content Collaboration:
Work with influencers and internal creative teams to brainstorm compelling content ideas that resonate with the target audience while effectively promoting our products or services.
Performance Analysis:
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization and future strategies.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices in the influencer marketing industry.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
[Specify number, e.g., 2-4] years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related digital marketing role.
Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including their algorithms, analytics, and content formats.
Requirements
