Il dessert sept communaut\xc3\xa9s Inuites avec autant de CLSC, un centre pour personnes \xc3\xa2g\xc3\xa9es et un centre hospitalier \xc3\xa0 Kuujjuaq. Il emploie environ 1,000 employ\xc3\xa9s : administrateurs, professionnels, m\xc3\xa9decins, dentistes, psychologues, infirmiers, travailleurs sociaux, personnel de soutien, employ\xc3\xa9s occasionnels, etc.Les communaut\xc3\xa9s du Nunavik sont situ\xc3\xa9es au nord du 55e parall\xc3\xa8le o\xc3\xb9 pr\xc3\xa9vaut un climat subarctique. Il entra\xc3\xaene l\xe2\x80\x99existence d\xe2\x80\x99un perg\xc3\xa9lisol et ne permet aucune agriculture. Elle agira comme personne-ressource aupr\xc3\xa8s de ses coll\xc3\xa8gues pour la planification, la distribution et l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9valuation des soins infirmiers. Elle collaborera \xc3\xa0 la conception, l\xe2\x80\x99implantation, l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9valuation et la r\xc3\xa9vision de la programmation nursing d\xe2\x80\x99un service et d\xe2\x80\x99outils cliniques et d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9valuation de la qualit\xc3\xa9 des soins ainsi qu\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99orientation, l\xe2\x80\x99identification des besoins de formation et l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9valuation du rendement du personnel. • Leadership positif ;

• Grand sens des responsabilit\xc3\xa9s et de l\xe2\x80\x99organisation;

• Bilinguisme essentiel fran\xc3\xa7ais-anglais, parl\xc3\xa9 et \xc3\xa9crit et inuktitut est un atout;

• Capacit\xc3\xa9 de travailler en \xc3\xa9quipe multidisciplinaire et \xc3\xa0 d\xc3\xa9velopper de bonnes relations interpersonnelles;

Serving seven Inuit communities with an equal number of CLSC, a center for the elderly and the hospital in Kuujjuaq, it employs approximately 1,000 employees: administrators, professionals, doctors, dentists, psychologists, nurses, social workers, support staff, etc.Nunavik communities are located north of the 55th parallel where a subarctic climate prevails. It implies the existence of permafrost allowing no agriculture. Nunavik is the largest region covering about a third of the total area of Quebec. No road link exists between the communities of Nunavik and southern Quebec, and between Nunavik communities themselves. We have access to the region and its communities by air travel and by boat.STATUS: Full time position (37.5h / week)IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Assistant to the DSI-DSH \xe2\x80\x93 Nursing servicesSTARTING DATE: As soon as possibleSOMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:The person holding the position will plan, supervise and coordinate nursing activities of the CLSC in all programs. She will share with the nursing team, the \xe2\x80\x9con call\xe2\x80\x9d emergency duty. She will act as a resource person for her colleagues in the planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care. She will work on the design, implementation, evaluation and revision of the nursing planning of the service and its clinical assessment tools and the quality of care as well as orientation, identification of training needs and evaluation of staff performance.
