Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to individual needs and developmental stages Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment Support children with disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure each child's well-being and progress Monitor and document children's growth, behavior, and learning milestones Facilitate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment in compliance with safety standards Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices

Skills

Prior classroom experience preferred, especially working with children with disabilities or special needs Strong understanding of early childhood education principles Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members Compassionate caregiving approach with patience and adaptability Ability to create engaging educational activities that cater to diverse learning styles Experience in teaching or caregiving roles is highly desirable Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment

Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour
