Location: Remote or GTA-based hybrid

Start Date: Flexible

Commitment: Part-time (5-10 hours/week, flexible)

Hey Ms Norbi Educator Doula is growing -- and I'm looking for a warm, compassionate, and curious individual to join me in nurturing families, building community, and supporting the heart of my work.

As an educator and doula, I support families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and parenthood. My services include birth and postpartum care, educational support for children ages 4-17, and programs that center emotional well-being, recovery, and gentle family growth.

The Role

You'll work alongside me to support the behind-the-scenes parts of the business and help our mission reach more families.

Tasks include:

Connecting with clients via email or message Managing emails and scheduling meet and greets Revising invoices and estimates Inputting data into documents and spreadsheets Using Canva to create graphics and materials Editing blog posts and website updates Assisting with social media content Familiarity with Google Drive and Wix (or willingness to learn) Co-creating ideas for growth and community engagement
