Job Title: Infant Toddler Educator (certified)

Location: CubCorner Daycare - Burnaby, BC

Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

With a focus on care, creativity, and connection, we're currently seeking a passionate Infant Toddler Educator to join our team and help our littlest cubs thrive.

: We are looking for a dedicated and nurturing Infant Toddler Educator (ITE) who will provide high-quality care and early learning experiences to children aged 0-3 years.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development. Foster strong relationships with children and their families through daily communication and updates. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times. Maintain daily documentation, developmental observations, and reports. Follow licensing regulations and adhere to Cub Corner's policies and procedures Support routines such as feeding, diapering, and napping in a responsive and respectful manner. Work collaboratively with other educators and management to support a positive team culture.
Requirements:

Valid Infant Toddler Educator (ITE) Certificate (ECE license to practice in BC) Clear Criminal Record Check First Aid & CPR certification for childcare settings Minimum 1 year of experience working with infants and toddlers (preferred) Strong understanding of child development and responsive caregiving Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, reliable, and flexible team player
