Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives, shaping and executing multi-year roadmaps that enhance business agility, operational excellence, and technology modernization.
• Oversee large-scale program delivery, ensuring successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Guide software and platform development efforts, ensuring alignment between engineering excellence and business outcomes.
• Design and implement IT and technology strategies that support long-term growth, operational resilience, and competitive advantage.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior executives, translating business objectives into actionable technology and operational plans.
• Drive enterprise efficiency and cost optimization, applying business-first frameworks and leading practices to capture meaningful value.
• Develop board-level narratives and executive presentations, translating complex initiatives into clear, compelling messages for senior stakeholders.
• Lead internal consulting efforts, providing expert insights across strategy, operations, and technology.
• Influence labor and workforce strategies, optimizing team structures, location strategies, and operating models to meet business needs.
• Foster high-performing teams, providing coaching, leadership, and direction to large, diverse groups across business and IT functions.
• Ensure operational continuity and excellence, leveraging deep expertise in IT operations, service management, and risk-aware delivery.
