Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial painting, with Endura and with a strong understanding of various painting techniques and materials. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or applying primers as necessary. Apply paint using air regulated paint guns Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members on fabrication and assembly projects requiring painting. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Handle materials effectively, including loading and unloading supplies using forklifts or cranes when necessary.

Skills

Proficiency in industrial painting techniques and knowledge of materials handling. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing or machining environments. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to paint application. Experience in auto body repair or auto painting is a plus. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is beneficial. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, along with the ability to operate cranes safely.
