Must be available to work Weekends and Overtime as needed Manufacturing Equipment Troubleshooting Preventative Maintenance Corrective Maintenance Facility (Building) Maintenance Fabrication/Welding/Machining Previous Food Manufacturing Experience - An Asset Electrical Knowledge - An Asset
Job Responsibilities:
Read equipment manuals and blueprints to successfully complete installations, troubleshooting and repairs Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Inspect and examine equipment to identify irregularities and malfunctions Adjust equipment and repair/replace defective components Operate tools such as lathes and milling machines to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of equipment Assemble equipment prior to installation using hand/power tools and welding equipment
The Ideal Candidate:
Ticketed or Apprenticeship Level (3-4) in the Millwright Trade
Minimum 3 years' experience in a high speed manufacturing environment(Food manufacturing is highly preferred)
High aptitude with Mechanical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems(Required)
Proven track record working with Lathes, Milling Machines and Welding Equipment (ARC, TIG, MIG) Knowledge of preventative maintenance programsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.50-$50.50 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week
