What are your contributions to the team?

Support site management in industrial hygiene issues Participate in the development and deployment of industrial hygiene programs and tools such as the respiratory protection program, hearing protection program, etc. Work closely with hygiene managers at sites in the Montreal region. Conduct on-site qualitative and quantitative health/industrial hygiene risk analyses. Participate in the development of annual planning and sampling strategies for employee and environmental exposure. Conduct sampling campaigns, including field planning and material preparation, report preparation and presentation of results to employees and management Carry out trend analysis of industrial hygiene data and identify areas for improvement Participate in the development of training related to the industrial hygiene program Monitor regulations and participate in industrial hygiene impact assessments Evaluate/approve new industrial hygiene materials and processes Support sectors as OHS advisor. ###

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :

You hold master's degree in industrial Hygiene. You have a minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. You have strong interpersonal skills, presentation & communication skills. You have the ability to think strategically, search for original solutions, strong analytical & problem-solving skills. You are autonomous, structured, and able to coordinate the implementation of several projects simultaneously; You have excellent computer skills,
