Keep work station clean at all times.
Understand and be familiar with industrial baking machinery.
Complete all baking assignments in a timely manner.
General Requirements:
Prepare the dough for production
Press dough
Sheet dough
Cook breads, meats, and other baked goods
Prepare recipes for various desserts and breads
Keep records of production
Adhere to food safety guides
Report to work timely for each scheduled shift.
Must be able to begin work as early as 5am
