Job Description

Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:

  • Tracking invoices and collecting receipts against budgeted costs
  • Obtaining necessary paperwork and information from vendors and project managers
  • Updating daily cost records
  • Overseeing client accounts and preparing financial reports for manager review
  • Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs
  • Gain competency of AP/AR functions and perform backup processing as needed
  • Performing basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 7.30am - 4pm
Supplemental pay types:

Qualifications:
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
  • 2+ years of experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent data entry skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
