We are currently looking for qualified candidates for the position of Accounting Administrator at our head office located in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Qualifications:

• University Degree, College diploma or equivalent considered an asset
• 2 years of accounting, administrative or reporting experience
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• Experience in Enterprise One ERP, or other ERP considered an asset
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable performing routine tasks
• Strong organization skills
• Self-starter with strong ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Woodlands considered an asset but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Key member of Woodlands Data reporting and analysis team
• Produce weekly statements to enable various internal and external reporting
• Work with various internal departments & teams to ensure high standard of integrity within our company data
• Cash management activities including vendor payments, affiliate payments and forecasting
• Fuel Permit and Purchase administration and reporting
• Support Woodlands Finance team members (contractor pay, hourly pay, purchase orders)
