If you are a talented and experienced Accounting Administrator/Billing Administrator, David Aplin Group has the right opportunity for you! Our Winnipeg-based client is currently hiring an Accounting Administrator/Billing Administrator for an immediate temporary to hire opportunity.

- Prepare invoices for billing and updating correspondence for the vendors
- Entering invoices into their accounting software and Excel
- Ensure all billing and reporting deadlines are met
- Prepare AR billing paperwork ensuring billing rates are accurate
- Resolve any billing discrepancies
- Prepare bank deposit sheets
- Accurate and timely invoicing of assigned accounts
- Other duties as assigned by the accounting department
- Grade 12 or equivalent, post secondary education in the accounting field preferred but not required
- One plus years of experience in accounting administration, billing, and or accounts payable with strong data entry skills
- Transportation experience is an asset but not required
