ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Masonview Homes works hard to empower individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, as well as mental illness, to actualize their goals and pursue their interests in Nova Scotian communities. Mason View's teams strive to be leaders in the disability support sector and strong collaborators with the Department of Opportunity and Social Development (DOSD).
Planning & Support - Providing active support planning and delivery, in collaboration with the IPS Coordinator(s).
Operations - Collaborates with the IPS Coordinator(s) to ensure that people's environments are in accordance with Masonview's program standards as well as health, fire, and safety regulations; as well as supporting the orientation and onboarding of new employees.
Administration - following Masonview's standard operating procedures to support the applicable program functions, including participant documentation.
