Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed while minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Collaborate with management to develop new menu items that reflect current culinary trends. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and guests. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster collaboration among team members.
