Go-Go After School is hiring Inclusion Support Workers!

We are proud to offer a fun & educational After School Program that services children in the Fredericton area between the ages of 5 - 12 years old.

We are looking to hire an individual that appreciates children, treats them with respect, and enjoys being with them. This position will require providing 1-on-1 support to a child in our care who needs additional assistance. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining standards, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and ensuring the safety and care of children at our programs.

The person we are looking for:

Has a high school diploma or equivalent certificate.

Is a compassionate individual committed to supporting children and addressing their diverse needs.

Creates a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our program for children and their families.

Is someone that takes responsibility to ensure things are done appropriately. You can express yourself well and are able to address parents and their concerns intelligently and graciously.

Can handle random days and varying tasks. You are not phased when things do not go according to plan. You quickly respond to the situation at hand and handle it with a smile.

This position would work on a full-time or part-time basis dependent on the individual needs of our client, primarily an afternoon shift with the opportunity for full time hours during summer and camp weeks. The hours of the position during the school year are Mondays to Friday, 35 hours/week for full time positions and 20-22 hours per week for part time positions.
