We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated inclusion Support Worker to join our team. Duties

Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities tailored to early childhood development. Support a child during play, learning, and mealtime to promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Supervise a child to ensure safety and well-being at all times within the classroom and outdoor areas. Engage a child in educational activities that foster creativity, curiosity, and learning. Help with classroom organization, including preparing materials and maintaining a clean environment. Provide individualized attention to children with special needs or disabilities, supporting their participation and development. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs. Support caregiving routines such as diapering, feeding, and nap times as needed.

Requirements

Prior classroom experience working with young children is preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Strong caregiving skills with patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team dedicated to child development. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for teaching and caring for young children in a supportive environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$24.24 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
