Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Inclusion Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for adapting & leading group activities, assisting in classrooms with children ages 3 months - 4.5 years and fostering a positive environment for Children. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively. The Facilitator will play a vital role in delivering educational and developmentally appropriate programs, ensuring child engagement, and supporting developmental goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate small/ large groups of children with professionalism and enthusiasm. Develop and implement program content tailored to diverse audiences. coordinate resources, and ensure objectives are met efficiently. identify areas for improvement. record-keeping, and reporting to director/ assistant director. Provide guidance and mentorship to children, encouraging active participation and skill development. Collaborate with team members to further learning goals.

Experience

The chosen candidate MUST hold an ECE level 1, 2 or 3 from Nova Scotia Supervising experience in educational, community, or organizational settings is preferred. Proven project management experience demonstrating the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate programs effectively. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team coordination and motivation. Experience in reporting for program assessment purposes. Administrative experience handling documentation, and correspondence efficiently. Early Childhood Education experience is a plus, especially in facilitating learning environments that foster growth and engagement to make a meaningful impact by guiding participants through enriching experiences while developing your leadership and organizational skills in a collaborative environment.

Pay: $27.63-$34.71 per hour
