We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Inbound Admin to support our client's logistics operations.
This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse/logistics environment, with multiple shift options available. Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or logistics support, and fluency in both English and Korean. What You Will Do
Provide administrative support for inbound logistics operations
Manage and update shipment records, schedules, and reports
Communicate with warehouse staff, vendors, and clients as needed
Monitor inventory levels and assist in coordinating stock movement
Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and documentation
Support with general office tasks and assist with scheduling as required
Maintain accurate data entry and compliance with company processes
Participate in training with flexibility in schedule (may exceed 3 months)
What You Bring
Must be proficiency in Microsoft (Excel)
Must be fluent in English
Must have at least 1 year of previous experience in Administrative Assistant or logistics
Must be able to do Overtime when it is needed.
Shifts Available
2nd Shift:
02:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Training time may fall into any shift above depending on assigned duties. Flexibility required.
