Position Description You will be a key part of Pani\xe2\x80\x99s product implementation team. You will deliver cloud-based engineering software to a diverse group of international customers that helps them manage their water plants. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data from sensors and design data to build digital representations of plant processes and components. You will manage customer interactions during the delivery phase while performing the installation and configuration of our product to meet the customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs. What you bring to the team

• University degree or diploma in a technical field such as mechanical, chemical, process, or environmental engineering or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of experience conducting data analysis working with metadata
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply engineering concepts quickly
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset

• Eager to be an integral part of a fast-paced team

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and datasheet of equipment (pumps, blowers, sensors, etc.)

• Perform initial exploration, cleaning, and quality assessment of historical plant data
• Understand the design and control of water treatment plants and processes and apply this knowledge to set up key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimization models
• Use Pani\xe2\x80\x99s toolbox to configure KPIs and models, set up charts, and custom reports
• Analyze sensor data from plants and identify errors or anomalies
• Use engineering analysis and software unit testing to verify your own work and check the work of others

• Work with the engineering and software development teams to develop and improve internal onboarding tools to make the onboarding process more efficient

Nice to Have

• Basic python experience
• 1+ years of experience working with software development teams to improve processes

• Experience in the water industry, ideally in water/wastewater treatment
• Experience working for a SaaS provider
