As Implementation Coordinator, you will help develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients in your field. You will promote and sell products and services according to your unit's business strategies and objectives, drawing on your ability to achieve results. You will ensure consistency between sales objectives, sound and prudent risk management, profitability and client and member satisfaction. You advise and assist current and potential members and clients. You represent Desjardins and enter the organization into agreements with clients. You also have opportunities to establish and negotiate product and service terms. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. You must be able to work to tight deadlines and have excellent multitasking management skills. More specifically, you will be required to:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients when implementing new groups or major changes to existing groups
Analyze requests and tailor solutions to the clients' needs
Work closely with business development teams and experts from various sectors
Coordinate the various steps of implementation and carry out the necessary follow-up
Participate in a variety of mandates
