Our Implementation & Adoption Team guides the organization through the initial launch and implementation of software and process changes to enhance member experience and improve organizational efficiency. Additionally, this team supports the ongoing improvement and maintenance of systems and processes once implemented. You will be part of a positive and supportive presence through transitions, maintaining high engagement and promoting Synergy\xe2\x80\x99s values through every change stage. This role is involved in end user training, supporting and performing testing and maintenance of systems, and creating and maintaining necessary process documentation such as workflows, templates, views and dashboards. You will collect feedback vital to product and process success. You will also:
  • Attend meetings, taking minutes or other documentation
  • Administers user setup, maintenance, role hierarchies, permissions and security within systems
  • Responds to requests for trouble-shooting
  • Assist in maintaining training documents or resources
You will be successful if:

Qualifications: You have a related degree or diploma in Business/Commerce or Computer Sciences with a Development or Management information Systems focus. Preference will be given to candidates with financial services experience. Additional learning and/or experience with change management, or management information systems is an asset. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is preferred. You have solid technology and analytical abilities balanced with superior communication and customer service skills. You embrace challenges and grasp new concepts quickly. Your attention to detail, organization and administrative strengths are of benefit in performing a variety of tasks as needed. More details:
  • Hours: 37.5 hours weekly. Permanent full-time.
  • This position will be required to travel. Successful candidate must have access to reliable transportation. Travel may be required for the purposes of training, events, or other Synergy business.
  • This position is eligible for hybrid work. Location is flexible and may work out of any of our current branch locations, with manager approval.
