Our Implementation & Adoption Team guides the organization through the initial launch and implementation of software and process changes to enhance member experience and improve organizational efficiency. Additionally, this team supports the ongoing improvement and maintenance of systems and processes once implemented. You will be part of a positive and supportive presence through transitions, maintaining high engagement and promoting Synergys values through every change stage.This role is involved in end user training, supporting and performing testing and maintenance of systems, and creating and maintaining necessary process documentation such as workflows, templates, views and dashboards.
