Nous recherchons un responsable du contenu pour la facilitation de la croissance, collaboratif et soucieux du detail, pour concevoir, gerer et faire evoluer le contenu et les outils qui permettent aux equipes commerciales, de reussite client et de mise sur le marche d'Autodesk d'engager en toute confiance les clients sur les resultats en matiere de durabilite afin de generer de nouvelles opportunites de croissance. Ce poste combine la facilitation de la mise sur le marche, le developpement de contenu, la collaboration interfonctionnelle et la narration interne afin de renforcer et de developper les resultats durables des clients d'Autodesk.
Ce poste fait partie de l'equipe Impact Growth Enablement & Customer Engagement, qui a pour mission de fournir aux equipes sur le terrain les connaissances, les outils et les recits necessaires pour liberer la valeur client et generer des resultats durables. Vous traduirez des idees complexes en un contenu clair et engageant et superviserez les systemes, les canaux et les modeles de collaboration qui garantissent l'efficacite de ces ressources.
Vous travaillerez en etroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes de l'equipe Impact ainsi qu'avec les equipes commerciales, de reussite client, d'aide a la commercialisation et de produits. Vous servirez de lien entre ce que nous vendons, ce dont les clients ont besoin et la maniere dont nous equipons les equipes pour saisir les opportunites et conclure des ventes. Vous contribuerez egalement a integrer le message de durabilite dans les strategies commerciales existantes, les plans de reussite client, les processus de commercialisation et les conversations avec les clients, afin de faire de la durabilite un element central de notre approche de creation de valeur.

ResponsabilitesCreer et maintenir des contenus et des outils a fort impact, tels que des guides, des guides de conversation, des matrices concurrentielles, des supports de formation interne, des modeles et des automatisations qui soutiennent les conversations et les opportunites avec les clients axees sur le developpement durable Contribuer a l'ecosysteme de contenus de base, y compris des plateformes telles que Seismic, Salesforce, et la connexion a nos bases de gestion des connaissances sur Wiki, AutodeskGPT et Autodesk Learning Central Collaborer avec les parties prenantes interfonctionnelles dans les domaines de l'impact, de l'aide a la commercialisation, des ventes, de la reussite client et de la gestion des partenaires afin de developper, diffuser et integrer les ressources pertinentes dans les processus de commercialisation Traduire les capacites techniques ou les produits complexes en recits axes sur la valeur commerciale et en supports ou outils d'aide a la vente afin d'ameliorer la preparation des ventes Tester, mesurer et iterer le contenu afin d'ameliorer sa clarte, son utilite et son engagement, en utilisant les boucles de retroaction et les donnees pour guider l'amelioration continue Explorer et tester l'utilisation de l'IA et des outils d'automatisation afin d'accelerer la creation de contenu, de personnaliser les ressources d'habilitation et d'accompagner/soutenir le developpement d'opportunites et les parcours d'engagement client a grande echelle Soutenir les communications internes et les plans de deploiement afin d'accroitre la notoriete et l'utilisation des ressources d'habilitation dans toutes les regions et tous les roles Contribuer a l'elaboration de rapports d'analyse en collaborant avec les equipes chargees des informations clients et de la veille concurrentielle afin de garantir que les tendances liees a la durabilite sont documentees et refletees dans les supports d'habilitation GTM Bonus : vous avez l'expertise necessaire pour developper ou contribuer a la creation de contenus techniques d'habilitation tels que des videos de demonstration ou des guides de workflow, en partenariat avec les equipes Impact Marketing Enablement, Consulting, Solutions et Tech Sales, afin de renforcer le contenu d'Autodesk en matiere de durabilite a un niveau technique plus approfondi

Qualifications minimalesPlus de 5 ans d'experience dans l'habilitation GTM, la strategie et le developpement de contenu, ou la vente ou le marketing de produits/techniques, le developpement commercial ou similaire Excellentes competences en redaction et en revision ; capacite a creer un contenu clair, convaincant et adapte au public Capacite averee a traduire des concepts techniques en supports clairs et orientes vers l'action pour divers publics et segments de marche Experience dans la gestion de hubs de contenu, d'intranets ou de plateformes d'activation (par exemple, CMS, LMS, SharePoint, Seismic, Wiki, etc.) Expertise averee dans l'utilisation de PowerPoint, Word, Excel et/ou d'outils de developpement de contenu (par exemple, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva ou similaire) ; a l'aise avec le processus de bout en bout, de la redaction du contenu a la conception visuelle et a la livraison finale. Position Overview

We're looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Growth Enablement Content Manager to design, manage, and evolve content and tools that empower Autodesk's sales, customer success, and go-to-market teams to confidently engage customers on sustainability outcomes to drive new growth opportunities. This role combines GTM enablement, content development, cross-functional collaboration, and internal storytelling to empower and scale sustainable outcomes by Autodesk customers.
This role sits within the Impact Growth Enablement & Customer Engagement team, which includes empowering field teams with the knowledge, tools, and narratives needed to unlock customer value and drive sustainable outcomes. You'll translate complex ideas into clear, engaging enablement content and oversee the systems, channels, and collaboration models that ensure those resources land effectively.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the Impact team as well as Sales, Customer Success, GTM Enablement, and Product - serving as a connective tissue between what we sell, what customers need, and how we equip teams to drive opportunities to closed/won and adoption. You'll also help integrate sustainability messaging into existing sales plays, customer success plans, GTM processes, and customer conversations, making sustainability a core part of how we drive value.
This role reports directly to Director, Impact Growth Enablement & Customer Engagement
ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain high-impact enablement content and tools, such as playbooks, conversation guides, competitive matrices, internal training materials, templates and automations that support sustainability-led customer conversations and opportunities Contribute to core enablement content ecosystem, including platforms like Seismic, Salesforce, and connecting to our knowledge management bases on Wiki, AutodeskGPT, and Autodesk learning central Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Impact, GTM enablement, Sales, Customer Success, Partner Management to develop, disseminate and integrate relevant resources into GTM processes Translate complex product or technical capabilities into business value focused narratives and enablement materials or tools to improve sales readiness Test, measure, and iterate on content to improve clarity, utility, and engagement -using feedback loops and data to guide continuous improvement Explore and pilot the use of AI and automation tools to accelerate content creation, personalize enablement resources, and coach / support opportunity development and customer engagement journeys at scale Support internal communications and rollout plans to increase awareness and usage of enablement resources across regions and roles Contribute to insight reporting by collaborating with customer insights and competitive intelligence teams to ensure sustainability-related trends are documented and reflected in GTM enablement materials Bonus: you have the expertise to develop or contribute to "how-to" technical enablement content like demo videos or workflow guides in partnership with Impact Marketing Enablement, Consulting, Solutions and Tech Sales teams to strengthen Autodesk's sustainability content at a deeper technical level

Minimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in GTM enablement, content strategy and development, or product/technical sales or marketing, business development, or similar Excellent writing and editing skills; able to craft content that's clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear, action-oriented materials for diverse audiences and market segments Experience managing content hubs, intranets, or enablement platforms (e.g., CMS, LMS, SharePoint, Seismic, Wiki, etc.) Demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and/or content development tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar); comfortable owning the end-to-end process from content writing to visual design and final delivery. Video a plus. Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills; comfort navigating matrixed organizations and prioritizing in a fast-moving environment Familiarity with architecture, engineering, construction, infrastructure and/or design and manufacturing industries favored Bonus: Experience with sustainabilitytopics in AEC, infrastructure, Manufacturing, or Product Design industries and/or Autodesk products like AEC Collection, Forma, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Fusion, Autodesk Water Solutions, and/or PD&M Collection Bonus: Familiarity with AI or automation tools for content development, sales processes, enablement delivery, or customer engagement workflows (e.g., Seismic, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gong, Matik, etc.)

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $111,400 and $180,290. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
