Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated, execution-driven

Growth Marketing Manager

to lead the charge on demand generation, digital marketing, and brand growth. This is a

hands-on role

, owning the full marketing lifecycle from inception to delivery -- with a sharp focus on

B2B lead generation

campaign performance

, and

scalable growth

. You'll be expected to actively create content, manage campaigns, and use

AI-powered tools

to drive quality, efficiency, insight, and reach.

Your core KPI's:

Volume and quality of marketing-sourced leads delivered to the sales and business development teams related to hotel acquisition, advertising client acquisition, local merchant acquisition, and consumer engagement and utilization, and retention.

Key Responsibilities



Lead & Demand Generation



Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads. Work closely with marketing and sales to align targeting, messaging, and campaign cadence. Leverage AI tools to enrich data, automate outreach, and scale prospecting.

Email Campaign Management



Write and build B2B email campaigns in HubSpot, focusing on new prospect acquisition and re-engagement. Develop copy, creatives, and segmentation strategies to increase open and conversion rates.

Digital Marketing Collateral



Personally design and write compelling content for newsletters, promotional emails, bulletins, landing pages, and more. Repurpose long-form content into lead magnets, thought leadership posts, or nurture sequences.

Social Media Marketing



Plan and publish consistent, professional, and engaging content on LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and other relevant social media, and ensure integration with website and PR. Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar in collaboration with PR, sales, and business development teams, highlighting case studies, features, benefits, and content and commercial stakeholders.

Website Management & Growth Projects



Maintain up-to-date website content to reflect product, partner, and brand updates. Manage the upcoming

website rebuild

, working with developers and designers to create a performance-optimised, conversion-focused site. Monitor analytics and conversion data to guide CRO and SEO improvements.

Print & Offline Marketing



Design brochures, flyers, banners, and other print-ready assets. Manage vendor coordination and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Event Marketing



Coordinate trade show and virtual event presence, including pre/post promotion. Design event assets: signage, booth graphics, presentations, handouts. Ensure events are lead-generating and brand-enhancing.

Case Study & Testimonial Creation



Coordinate with clients to gather use case content and visual assets. Create high-impact case studies for campaigns, sales enablement, and thought leadership.

Brand Management



Create and maintain brand books and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints. Manage a shared asset library with up-to-date templates, guidelines, and visual materials.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
