Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Senior Growth Marketing Manager - Travel and Sales Enablement to join our client.
Contract Period: 15 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $60 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite (Tues, Wed, Thurs)
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 9AM to 5PM
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Vision

  • Partnering with internal business and distribution partners, stakeholders to craft marketing campaign vision and strategic opportunities to grow revenue opportunities
  • Represent the marketing team in executive meetings, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve marketing tactics.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to grow and optimize marketing strategies based on insights.
  • Lead by example, embodying strategic thinking, adaptability, and a data-driven approach.
Campaign Development and Execution
  • Drive the development and execution of detailed marketing plans that generate qualified leads and impactful revenue outcomes.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, content, paid media, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with internal business units, global and segment teams, as well as external agencies to create compelling product narratives and execute impactful go-to-market campaigns.
  • Develop and implement strategic frameworks and roadmaps for marketing initiatives.
  • Deeply understand our target segments everyday challenges and effectively communicate how products and features solve those problems.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales objectives to ensure that campaigns, content, and messaging resonate with prospects and enhance all consumer communications.
Performance Measurement and Optimization
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks and establish KPIs and metrics for marketing channels.
  • Analyze campaign and conversion data and key performance metrics regularly to measure the effectiveness of acquisition initiatives and optimize performance.
  • Identify the most efficient and impactful opportunities through constant testing and optimization.
  • Manage the acquisition marketing budget, ensuring accuracy, while efficiently allocating and reforecasting funds for maximum ROI/ROAS and strategic impact.
  • Drive media buying and marketing program optimizations, partnering with global performance, digital, agency, and analytics teams, among others, to drive qualified leads, ultimately driving revenue.
  • Collaborate with agile creative squads in campaign creative and content development to drive compelling marketing collateral
  • Provide recommendations for targeting strategy and segmentation, leveraging insights from CAC, LTV, and ROI.
Team and Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with senior leaders as well as the sales team to understand lead quality and make data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates, addressing any challenges in overall progression to revenue by channel.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships, managing multiple stakeholders towards common goals and ensuring projects are delivered with executional excellence.
Sales Enablement Support
  • Support new RFP (Request for proposal) and pitch content participations from Marketing team.
  • Own marketing budget allocation and planning to support marketing expense management.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
  • 7-10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on acquisition and conversion in the insurance industry
  • Demonstrated success in leading and working within matrix organizations
  • Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing strategies and tools (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, print, and direct mail)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in building and developing measurement frameworks, establishing KPIs, and metrics for acquisition channels
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
