Marketing and Sales Representative

to grow our client base and enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients

who may need immigration services, through calls, emails, social media, and online inquiries.

Introduce the firm's services to prospects

and explain the process of working with the firm, making sure clients understand that all legal advice comes from RCIC consultants.

Follow up with clients regularly

to answer questions about the application process, ensure timely submission of documents, and provide procedural guidance.

Keep detailed records of client interactions

and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, so all communications and deadlines are organized.

Work closely with RCIC consultants and legal staff

to make sure clients are connected with authorized professionals for legal advice and immigration counseling.

Represent the firm at events, webinars, and community programs

to meet new clients, answer general questions, and create opportunities for the firm.

Help clients prepare and organize their documents

for review by RCIC consultants, checking that everything is complete and accurate before submission.

Stay up-to-date on the firm's services and procedural requirements

so you can provide accurate guidance about next steps without giving legal advice.

Requirements-

Proven experience in

sales or client acquisition

, preferably in professional services. Strong

communication and persuasion skills

. Highly organized with experience using

CRM systems

. Professional and client-focused, with ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups. Knowledge of immigration services is a plus, but not required.
