Role Overview

We are seeking an

enthusiastic and client-focused Sales Representative

to promote Canada Shaws' immigration and education programs.
The ideal candidate is fluent in

English and Mandarin

, possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and has proven experience in

sales, client relations, and social media marketing

(particularly

WeChat, Instagram, and LinkedIn

).

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Canada Shaws' immigration and education programs to prospective clients. Generate new leads through online and offline channels such as WeChat, Instagram, networking events, and referrals. Conduct consultations to identify client needs and recommend suitable immigration pathways. Plan, organize, and host promotional activities including seminars and webinars. Follow up on leads, negotiate service agreements, and successfully close sales. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality post-sale service. Maintain accurate client records and regularly update CRM databases. Stay informed about immigration policy updates and market trends. Collaborate closely with the marketing and consulting teams to enhance conversion effectiveness. Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance KPIs.

Qualifications

Diploma or higher education required. Minimum of

2 years' experience

in sales, immigration, or customer service (experience in immigration or education sectors preferred).

Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin

(both spoken and written). Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experienced in leveraging social media platforms (WeChat, Instagram, LinkedIn) for client engagement. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Legally eligible to work in Canada (

Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Work Permit

). Willingness to work flexible hours or weekends for client events when required.
