As a Client Intake Specialist at SEP Immigration, you will assist potential clients in understanding our immigration services, conduct initial consultations, arrange appointments, and ensure a seamless transition to consultants. We need you to have 1-2 years of experience in immigration sales or a similar consultative role. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand our services and guiding them toward the right immigration solutions.
Responsibilities
Explain services and assess client needs.
Contact inbound leads via phone, email and WhatsApp. and schedule appointments for legal consultants.
Provide accurate information on services and requirements.
Record client interactions, prepare agreements, and follow up accordingly.
Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and eligibility
Clearly explain services and immigration pathways
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead details and follow-ups
Coordinate with the legal and processing team for a smooth handover
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Requirements
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Strong communication and persuasion skills
1-2 years of experience in immigration consulting sales or a similar advisory role
Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Canadian immigration pathways.
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
A proactive approach to business development and lead generation efforts.

Proven experience in client-facing or sales roles, preferably in immigration services.
Fluent both in English and Farsi
