Our company is actively seeking to open more market internationally and we are expecting high volume of paperwork. As in the phase of expansion, our company is looking for a legal assistant to join our team.

Job Requirements



1. At least 1-year relevant Immigration industry work experience, completion of Immigration and Citizenship Law (ICCRC program) is preferred

2. Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and excellent customer service skill

3. Strong sense of responsibility, Strong time concept, teamwork, honest, and trustworthiness

4. Fluent in English and Chinese, both speaking and writing

5. Proficient in computer software including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat

Legal Assistant job responsibilities:



1. Prepare a variety of legal materials for the use of immigration and visa application with supervision

2. Draft and prepare application forms, correspondence letters, and cover letters

3. Follow up with application status

4. File management, data compiling, and client information recording

5. Conduct research on policies, practices, cases and applications decision

6. Other office administration work as assigned

7. Preparing and providing contracts and agreements for your services.

Salary & Benefits:



High Hourly Pay + Case Bonus + Team and Personal Bonus + Vacation Pay

Starting salary will be determined upon interview.
