Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Lawyer (Licensed to practice in any province in Canada) or Regulated Immigration Consultant (R.C.I.C.) by the CICC to join our business team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law for

BUSINESS INVESTORS.

This role requires exceptional legal research and knowledge of the provinces that are actively seeking qualified business immigration investors in 2025 and 2026.

Base pay of $30. to $60. per hour plus substantial $$$$$ profit-sharing!!

Duties

Provide expert legal advice and representation to potential clients in immigration-related matters, for only for BUSINESS INVESTORS seeking their visas.

We have already negotiated pre-qualified major league businesses in selected provinces for the immigrant investors to invest a minimum of $150,000. CDN. up to $500,000.

CDN. The candidates must have a minimum net worth of $600,000. depending on each province's requirements. Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy development. Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes in Business Immigration cases on both provincial and federal levels. Manage case files efficiently within a Private Equity Office environment, maintaining organized records and documentation.

Skills

Strong understanding of Business Immigration law and procedures. Proficiency in legal research methodologies and tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw). Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents clearly and persuasively. Effective negotiation skills to advocate for our clients' best interests. Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis. Our target markets are

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
