Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for immigration-related services, educational program sales, marketing, and business development.
Generate and identify qualified leads through social media campaigns, digital marketing, networking, and offline channels.
Plan and execute marketing strategies to support lead generation and brand awareness.
Organize and host seminars, webinars, and promotional events to engage prospective clients.
Deliver presentations on immigration programs and services to individuals and groups.
Build and maintain a network of individuals interested in immigration or studying abroad.
Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries from prospective clients.
Establish rapport with prospects through phone calls, online communication, and in-person meetings.
Proactively identify and pursue potential clients for immigration services.
Follow up with warm leads, negotiate terms, and convert inquiries into paying clients.
Collaborate with team leaders to respond to complex questions or requests from prospects.
Meet established sales targets and KPIs.
Provide regular reports to management reflecting caseload activity and performance.
Create solicitation materials and client correspondence.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools; ensure timely and accurate updates.
May be required to travel for business trips, attend expos, or represent the company at industry events.
Support additional case processing duties as assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher (Diploma or above required).
Experience in immigration services/RCIC licence is preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including content creation, social media, email marketing.
Be familiar in operating and leveraging platforms such as WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for outreach.
