Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility within the bath and kitchen retail sector, and managing our website to ensure a seamless online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive foot traffic to the store and increase website sales Collaborate with the team to create engaging promotional materials and campaigns Manage and update the company website to ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing tools to enhance the store's online visibility Maintain product knowledge and assist customers in selecting kitchen and bathroom products. Assist with sales transactions and process orders accurately

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and marketing within the retail industry, particularly in the home improvement sector Proficiency in website management and content updates Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Creative thinking and a strong problem-solving attitude
The wage offered will depend on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Experience:

Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
