Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Ice Cream Maker to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious ice cream rolls and related treats, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic food industry setting, engaging with customers and creating memorable experiences. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; a passion for food preparation and customer satisfaction is essential.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings according to established recipes and standards. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently during peak hours Assist customers with selections, upselling products, and providing exceptional customer service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety standards Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality control throughout all duties

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or indian restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude toward customers and team members Knowledge of Punjabi Hindi language required. Must be able to commute as job location is not available through public transportation
