Job Description
Looking for part time help in production, packaging product, labelling, cleaning.
This position is available only to applicants with a Valid Canadian Work Permit and local housing. We cannot offer Visa assistance or accommodation at this time.
Proficient in oral and written English
We are seeking a dedicated person to:
-
Pack frozen product, stack and rotate stock
-Excellent communicator and team player when coordinating and prioritizing tasks/production needs.
-Have physical stamina( Able to work in warm and cold environment)
-Able to lift 50 lbs.
-Manage down time and ensure employees are working at the cleaning, putting away of items
-Assist in general maintenance
-Assist when needed in production room on production line.
- Pack orders for shipping
-Prepare workspace for production run
-Help keep track of inventory
-Diligent
and thorough
, never cutting corners, even when no one is watching.-
-Label Packaging
- Dishwashing
-Help organize and store food items properly to ensure freshness and compliance with food safety standards
-Be proactive around the production plant when it comes to and keeping it clean and tidy.
-Maintain food safety program-Ensure the areas are clean, well-organized, and sanitized.
Follow company policies as well as food health, safety, and sanitation guidelines with care, and ensure other employees do as well
EXPERIENCE
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
-Food Handler certification
-Food Safe
-First Aid
Start at $20/Hr.
