Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an ice cream scooper!
Responsibilities:
Scoop ice cream and serve it to customers in a timely and friendly manner
Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the store and equipment
Follow safety and health regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment
Learn about our products to answer customer questions and provide recommendations
Operate cash register and handle money accurately
Assist with light prep (cookies, waffle cones, etc)
Assist with other duties as needed
Qualifications:
A passion for providing memorable guest experiences (most important)
Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (must have some early weekday availability, opening shift starts at 1130am) Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is preferred Ability to handle money accurately Ability to stand for extended periods of timeTo apply, please submit your resume describing your experience and qualifications for this position.
