Job Description
A fast moving and growing branch of D-Spot Desserts in Mississauga is looking for an experienced Supervisor for its branch. An ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience.
Strong customer skills
: Ability to engage positively with guests/clients and provide excellent customer service.Experience in food preparation
: Experience in preparing desserts and other food items.Knowledge of food safety regulations:
Knowledge of food safety practices, handling procedures and sanitation standards.Brand Knowledge:
Familiarity with the D-Spot brand and menu.Operational Procedures:
Understanding of the D-Spot operational system.Teamwork:
Ability to work within a team to create a positive and efficient environment.Problem-Solving:
Ability to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.Adaptability:
Willingness to work a variety of shifts and adapt to changing demands.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.75-$30.05 per hour
