Hopedale Dental is currently seeking a dedicated and organized

Hygiene Coordinator

to join the team on a temporary basis with the possibility of becoming permanent. This is a key role focused on optimizing the hygiene schedule, supporting patient care, and contributing to the smooth daily operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the hygiene schedule to ensure efficiency and optimal patient care Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, follow-ups, and treatment plans Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support daily operations Maintain accurate records using dental practice management software

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience as a Hygiene Coordinator in a dental practice (required) Proficiency with dental software such as

ABELDent

and

Tracker

(an asset) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
