Position Overview

We're hiring a

Hybrid Warehouse & Solar Installer

to support both our warehouse operations and solar installation teams. This dual-role position provides variety, growth potential, and the chance to contribute to the full solar project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, tools, and equipment Clean and upkeep the warehouse, including sweeping floors and emptying garbage bins Receive and label incoming materials and equipment Prepare materials for upcoming installations Conduct material pickups from local suppliers

Installation Support

Assist in residential and commercial solar panel installations Work on rooftops and elevated platforms (must be comfortable with heights) Travel across the province for multi-day projects when needed Assist in conducting solar site inspections

Reporting Structure

You will report directly to:

Logistics Coordinator

(Warehouse duties)

Head Installer

(Field duties)

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly Not afraid of heights or working outdoors in various conditions Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Willing to travel and stay overnight as required (province-wide)

Assets (Nice to Have):

Prior warehouse or construction experience Familiarity with solar installations or electrical systems

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay:
