Job Overview
We are seeking a hard-working, motivated Solar Installer to join our team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to learn and develop skills in the electrical trade under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements. Support experienced electricians in completing projects from start to finish. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while on the job site. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Experience
Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is preferred. Basic understanding of electrical systems preferred. Experience in any trade considered an asset. Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Fall arrest and any other safety training considered an asset.
Requirements
Ideal candidate would have reliable transportation or live nearby. Physically demanding job - must be able to lift a solar panel above your head (50lbs) Due to the nature of the work there will be short days and long days.

Pay: $18.00-$34.00 per hour
